Rainbow Hospital offers cashless insurance support through over 21 leading health insurers and
TPAs.
However:

• Pre-authorization is mandatory
• Claim approvals depend on insurer discretion
• Additional charges (co-payment/shortfall) may apply

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients must:

• Provide truthful health and identity information
• Abide by hospital policies, schedules, and procedures
• Cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance (failing which charges may apply)
